About Us
Food Waste Hub is a collaboration of the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) and Dow Thailand Group (Dow) that sees the importance of waste management emphasizing a crucial issue – food waste. Food waste also causes the country’s waste recycling rate to increase less than it should be because recyclable waste is mixed with food waste. The mixture of wastes inhibits the ability to utilize recyclable waste. Meanwhile, the food waste itself can still be utilized for creating value, generating income, and creating jobs and investments.
